NLP Coach and Trainer & Founder of Intentional Coaching
I am an NLP Coach and Trainer, and also the founder of www.intentionalcoaching.online and certified in trauma-informed coaching. My approach to coaching is ethical and client-centred with a deep emphasis on honouring the client’s unique map of the world through deep listening, while also challenging its limits through strategic questioning and NLP techniques.
I, therefore, work best with clients who feel ready to undertake a challenging but deeply satisfying journey to their own next level of excellence in entrepreneurship, design, literary, artistic, or athletic endeavours, and other means of leaving their mark upon the world in a manner that is meaningful to them.
Throughout my youth, I had been made to intensely push myself in ways that left me exhausted and disconnected from my core self – academically through my studies, in my former career in publishing and editing, in the arts as a former dancer and singer, and in personal relationships that were propelled by rules and expectations that felt void of depth and substance. However, by stark contrast, I truly connected with energy, commitment, positivity, growth, and friendship through running, drawing, and writing! My journey to living with clarity, connection, and deep purpose truly began years later when I learnt to tell the difference!
To connect with the art and science of online coaching on both sides of the computer screen has been a tremendously rewarding part of my education! However, it was with Neuro-linguistic Programming that I truly understood the significance of “the difference that makes the difference” – where it’s not about what I think I learnt or know; it is about the wider impact that I can create that empowers myself or another for making meaning in everything we do from our values and sense of self!
While I completed my first NLP Practitioner Program in 2013, it was with Nishith Shah (Thought Labs) that I had the privilege of truly connecting with this amazing field of NLP! In this session, I look forward to further exploring with you a simple but effective means of noticing your resources at an embodied level in an instant… and having them work for you when you need them the most!

Flowing From Stress To Calm When It Matters
There is a presupposition in NLP – everyone has all the resources we need. However, this presupposition triggers debate in many Practitioner breakout room discussions, and in life itself – especially when one finds oneself overwhelmed with anger, pain, fear, or sorrow in the middle of a tense meeting at work… or in the midst of familial conflict… or the illness of a beloved pet. When there is no time to think and we feel “resource-less”, can we quickly turn what we feel is unresourceful… into a resource?
What impact would this approach have on us over time? Let us explore this possibility with a simple but useful technique, and truly connect with this Belief of Excellence at an experiential level.
This is what you will experience:
- Dive deep into the belief of excellence – everyone has all the resources they need
- Turn unresourcefulness into resourcefulness
- Explore a simple, but effective technique
