The NLP Trainers program is designed to help you achieve mastery in crafting life-changing experiences for yourself and others. Over the course of the program, you will be equipped with the skills you need to create transformation for yourself and others. The high-quality standards of the NLP Trainer’s program is exclusively by invitation-only. To this end, we only train six participants each year. We restrict membership to ensure that every participant gets individual attention and feedback. Over the course of 6 months, we will guide you through creating and holding space for others to grow and achieve their next level. The next 6-months have been structured to allow you to explore NLP coaching and facilitation by being part of a multitude of different programs and opportunities with ThoughtLabs. We are here to support you to be able to emerge a transformational coach with a diverse and keen sense of working with different outcomes, people and groups.
We will host weekly sessions, for us to come together and explore the integral learning associated with becoming a successful trainer and a coach. Apart from this, you will also be an assistant and participant in all our NLP programs to truly give you the experience of facilitating and coaching

Weekly sessions over the course of the program will set a foundation for engaging with various methodologies of NLP training such as using the experiential learning cycle, operating from the tools of transformation, using language to embed experiences, hypnotic engagement and much more
Practically apply yourself as an assistant and a coach
Over the course of the next 6 months, you will be a part of ThoughtLabs’ NLP Foundation Program, NLP Practitioner Program, NLP Coach Program, NLP Master Practitioner Program and Monthly Practice Sessions with our graduates
Develop the art of finding powerful insight
In engaging with our ongoing programs, you will learn first-hand, and develop powerful insights into what goes on in building transformational experiences. This will allow you to experience your learnings practically and will support you to deliver models of NLP effortlessly
Enable others to achieve their outcomes
At each of our programs, we also offer one-on-one sessions to our delegates to further support their outcomes. You will be invited to take on many of these sessions – so that you have first-hand experience with working with others and receive feedback as you coach
Build the foundation for your coaching and training journey
Join and assist at the NLP Coach program which takes place over the course of 8 weeks, and is designed to take you through a step-by-step process to learn and experience various empowering strategies as a coach and set you up to be able to find your own clients as you begin your own journey in enabling change for others
