Thought Labs believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Refunds: – Refunds for each program and retreats are different. Please find the details below
  • If your cancellation comes 90 days before the start of the program or retreat, a 100% refund of the fees will be provided.
  • To make sure that we are running our programs in the best possible way and to make sure we make the necessary arrangements well in advance, for all the physical in-person retreats, no refund will be provided if the cancellation is made from the 90 days to the start date of the retreat. For all the online programs, no refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 60 days of the start date of the program.
  • Satisfaction: – In case you feel that you don’t find value in the programs we run after joining the program, a 100% refund is provided for the online programs if you let us know within 7 days of the start of the program. For physical & in-person programs & retreats, this option is not available.
  • Transfer of the fees: – In special cases, we do allow the transfer of fees from one program to the next one. Please get in touch with us, and upon reviewing your request, we can provide final confirmation.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Thought Labs, it’ll take 15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
