At Thought Labs, we want every experience with us to feel right — for you and for us. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations
90+ days before the start date
Full 100% refund, no questions asked.
Within 90 days — In-Person Retreats (Himalayas, Goa, Switzerland, etc.)
No refund available. By this point, arrangements are locked in and costs are committed. If something comes up, please reach out — we’ll always try to find a solution.
Within 30 days — Online Programs
No refund available once we’re within 30 days of the program start date.
Satisfaction Guarantee
For online programs only: if you join and don’t feel it’s the right fit within the first 7 days, we’ll refund you in full. No lengthy process, no hard feelings.
This option isn’t available for in-person retreats and immersives, given the nature of the experience and the logistics involved.
Transferring Your Fees
Life happens. In certain situations, we can transfer your fees to a future program or retreat. Reach out to us at success@thoughtlabs.co and we’ll review your request personally.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it’ll be processed within 15 days back to your original payment method.
