Nishith Shah
NLP Master Trainer and Coach
Nishith Shah is one of the youngest NLP Master Trainers in the world and the founder of Thought Labs. For over 16 years, he has been actively revolutionizing the lives of people and organizations, by transforming the way they accomplish their targets and goals. At the age of 19, Nishith was one of the youngest COOs in the country for a training organization and was responsible for training more than 10,000 students.
At Thought Labs, with the vision of transforming the way people perceive human potential and taking to the maximum to achieve extraordinary results – Nishith has been vigorously involved in strategically designing learning systems using NLP experiences. This has helped him gain a cutting edge in creating the highest standards of training and coaching programs. He has devised innovative training programs such as “NLP at The Himalayas”- which is an out-of-the-world experience- completely experiential, ethereal and one of its kind in the world!
Personally responsible for transforming the lives of more than 3000 people through his NLP training and coaching programs, Nishith has gained expertise and has become extremely proficient at coaching, training & mentoring to bring about a massive change in individuals as well as organizations. Vimala Seshadri
NLP Trainer and Coach
Vimala is a well seasoned facilitator and coach with over twenty five years of corporate experience across several industries, holding different senior level positions in different s. Her experiences vary from holding an Assistant Professorship in Academia in the US, to being a global leadership coach and facilitator, to being the Founder and Executive Director of a not for profit home for children in India.
As a Facilitator, Vimala has designed and delivered programs from exceedingly varied backgrounds, spreading across roles up to CFOs/CEOs. She has worked across various sectors including Financial, Pharma, IT, ITES, Engineering, ONG, Media and Education. She recently completed her NLP Trainers certification and has delivered global online programs. She is Master Certified facilitator and Coach in Think on Your Feet©, and a parent educator with Positive Discipline©. She is also accredited with Lumina Spark and Emotions certifications as well as Hogan Assessments.
Her key coaching and facilitating skills includes creating an energetic, vibrant learning environment, calibrating clients, assessing state, using various powerful NLP coaching tools and technology to allow them to create their own transformation. She strives to bring out the best in her clients by unlocking their potential. She is passionate about inspiring people through a strong sense of purpose that lends itself to peak performance.
Vimala holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Clinical Residency from the Jewish Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis. Vimala is also the founder of Nivedita Charitable Trust a home for children in India. In her spare time, Vimala loves to spend time with her 15 children, plays violin and loves to cook.
Karin Roher
NLP Trainer and Coach
Karin Rohner, NLP Trainer and Coach, is part of the Global Thought Labs Team. She trained under NLP Master Trainer, Nishith Shah, and runs NLP trainings and coaching sessions in the various NLP Online Programs and the NLP Retreat in Switzerland.
In her more than 20 years in the corporate world in Switzerland, she has gained broad expertise in Finance, Accounting and Leadership. In the years as team leader, she was coaching her team members with confidence and supporting them in their professional development with high motivation. Currently she works part time as Controller Real Estate for a Swiss insurance company and joined the Global Thought Labs Team in 2020.
Her passion for language and continuous wish for personal growth got her in touch with NLP in a time of big transformation. Since then she has been on an ongoing journey of self- development. Travelling, nature and writing gives her freedom. Meditation, yoga and music gives her peace. In NLP she can live out her passion for language and her desire for creating deep connections to her true self and to others.
