90-Day NLP Mastery Program

Ninety days of daily practice. A different way of moving through your life.

In short

90 days · 90 sessions
10–12 min · ₹14,500/yr

Ninety days from now, the way you meet your own life feels different — and it happens in small, friendly steps rather than one big leap.

Living daily life with purpose

With your daily NLP practice, you wake up each day knowing what matters to you and what you would like your day to be about — and that changes how you meet everything in it. You bring intention to the small moments, you notice what each day is offering you, you find meaning in things you used to rush past — may it be a meeting, a meal with your family or a conversation that makes up an ordinary Tuesday. We call it living with purpose because it is not about doing more… it is about being present to the life you already have, and that allows you to bring your best self to each day.

Bringing joy to each day

There is a lightness that comes back when you are no longer arguing with yourself about everything, and most people notice it in the simplest places first: they laugh more easily, they are kinder company at home, and the day feels like something they are part of rather than something they are getting through.

Micro-transformation

One small shift a day is a gentle ask, and it is also the reason this works — ninety of them, one after another, add up to something a weekend workshop could never build, and none of it asks you to overhaul your life to make room for it.

Deepening NLP by applying it, not just learning it

Whether you are entirely new to NLP or already trained, you learn to apply it rather than just study it through daily frames, which is how it becomes second nature: the principles settle into how you thinking & being, so they are there when you need them, in your personal life and in your work.

And you do this with a tribe of inspiring people. There is a profoundness in being part of a tribe that is supportive, caring and fully sees the best in you. You learn from each other, you model each other, you find connection in common challenges — you learn and grow together, but more importantly you find a space where you can fully be yourself. You can express yourself fully, and that allows you to be at your best self.

02

Micro-transformation

It begins on day one. And it compounds into everything.

You start to experience transformation from day one — not something that shows up in week six, not something you have to earn first, but from the very first morning. You press play, you carry one new idea with you into an ordinary day, and by that same evening something in how you met your day has already shifted.

We call it micro-transformation because you bring small shifts into your day-to-day life. You live your life the same way — the same mornings, the same meetings, the same people — but with a new way of thinking & being each day, and that new way of thinking generates new results and new outcomes for you. May it be feeling more connected with life, being more resourceful, feeling less worried or stressed, or bringing the insights of NLP into everything you already do.

And here is the part that makes ninety days worth it: the sum of all these micro-transformations is not equal to their count. The transformation stacks, and it grows exponentially. You are not simply ninety small steps ahead — by the end of ninety days you have grown exponentially, and who you are, what you are capable of, and how you respond at work, in relationships, with your clients… in life, is significantly different. You are at your best self.

Nobody changes their life in one big moment. They change it in a hundred ordinary ones.

03

What a day looks like

Ten minutes in the morning. The rest takes care of itself.

Self-paced from day one. Start whenever you like, move at whatever speed suits you, sit with any day for as long as it deserves.

01

Press play

A short audio or video is there waiting for you. Some days a question, some days an NLP pattern or a single thought worth carrying around. Ten to twelve minutes, in your browser or your pocket.

02

Live your day

That’s the whole ask. You go about your life with one new thing sitting in your awareness, and that awareness quietly rearranges what you notice, how you feel, what you say next.

03

Reflect

At the end of the day you drop a few lines into the community forum. What shifted. What landed. What surprised you. Two minutes, and an experience becomes an insight that stays.

04

Every seventh day, you pause

Reflection days are built into the rhythm. Room to look back across the week, gather what’s arrived, and let it settle before you move on.

04

After ninety days

Three things people tell us
afterwards

You respond differently.

The gap between what happens and how you react gets wider. And in that gap there’s a choice that was never available before — which changes conversations, relationships, and the way you handle the days that refuse to go your way.

NLP becomes natural.

The patterns move from something you remember to something you simply do. Reframing, calibration, outcome thinking, working with your own state — these settle into instinct. You find yourself using them in meetings, at dinner tables, in your own head at two in the morning, without ever announcing it to yourself.

You feel part of something.

Ninety days is long enough to be known. People arrive as strangers and end up genuinely invested in each other’s shifts — reading each other’s reflections, recognising themselves in someone else’s Tuesday. Being seen, week after week, by people doing the same work turns out to matter enormously.

05

The journey
Where the ninety days take you

Eight movements. The sequence is deliberate — each phase lays the ground for the next, and the reflection days give you room to absorb what’s happened before you move on. Open any movement to see inside it.

Days 1–7The ground you stand on

Movement one

Outcomes, thought and state, your internal world and the external one, the NLP communication model. Everything that follows rests on this week. By day six you have taken an insight and turned it into something you can act on — the loop the whole ninety days runs on.

Movement two

The presuppositions you live by, most of which you never consciously chose, followed by the presuppositions of NLP worked through as lived experience. Then the filters themselves: generalisation, deletion, distortion, and the language that gives them away. This is the fortnight where people start catching themselves mid-sentence.

Movement three

Clean questions and the art of being genuinely non-influential, which turns out to be far harder and far more useful than it sounds. Representational systems, sensory filters, where your motivation actually comes from, how you make decisions. A live coaching demonstration sits in the middle of it.

Movement four

Environment, behaviour, beliefs and values, identity and purpose. A week walking up through the levels at which change actually happens, ending with your identity and what you’re here for. For a lot of people this is the week that quietly reorganises everything.

Movement five

Calibration, state elicitation, the structure of emotions, submodalities, anchoring. How to notice the state you’re in, how to shift it, and how to be reliably in charge of it. Two coaching demonstrations here — belief change and anchoring, both worked live with real people.

Movement six

The meta model, unpacked one distinction at a time across two weeks. Linguistic presuppositions, modal operators, nominalisations, comparative deletions, and the structure of meaning itself. Day 61 is called A Life-Changing NLP Pattern, and people tend to agree.

Movement seven

Mindful communication, stories and metaphors, influence through questions, and what to do when you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place. Then time — how you experience it, how you talk about it, how to feel genuinely resourceful with it. Includes a future pacing demonstration.

Movement eight

Content reframing, context reframing, six-step reframing, parts integration, and the question of what makes you whole. The ninety days close with a session spent looking back over everything that’s moved, which lands rather differently than you’d expect.

Ninety sessions. Twelve reflection days. Six live coaching demonstrations. One idea at a time.

Is this yours?

Two doors into the same room

Pick the one that sounds like you.

If you've never studied NLP

Come as you are. This is a practice that hands you one usable idea a day and lets you discover what it does inside your own life — which happens to be exactly how NLP was meant to be learned in the first place.

People have arrived here knowing nothing about the field and left with a working command of it, simply by living it for a season.

Start at day one.

If you've already trained

Everything you learned in the training room has a home here. The patterns, the language models, the distinctions you can already explain with confidence — ninety days of daily practice is where they move fully into your hands.

You catch yourself using the meta model in a Tuesday meeting. Anchoring your own state before a difficult conversation.

For coaches and practitioners, this is where the work gets easy: working from instinct rather than recall changes what’s available in a session, because your whole attention is free to be with the person in front of you.

Put it into your hands.

This is for you if

This probably isn't your thing if

07

The honest bit
Three things worth saying out loud
The objections, answered properly rather than brushed past. Open the ones that are yours.
“Another course I won’t finish.”

You might be right.

Plenty of people buy things they never open, and there’s no sense pretending otherwise. Courses go unfinished because they ask for a size of window your life doesn’t contain — two clear hours, a free evening, a weekend with nothing in it. Those windows keep failing to arrive, and after a while you stop watching for them. And on the days ten minutes somehow doesn’t happen, nothing is lost: the practice sits and waits for you. Ninety days has no deadline attached.

Ten minutes arrives every day of your life. It's already there.

That's a healthy thing to be suspicious about.

Here’s the whole mechanism, and it’s smaller than you’d expect. You look at your own thinking, every day, for ninety days. Patterns that have been running invisibly become visible. And once you can see a pattern, you have a relationship with it — you get to notice it happening, in the moment, while there’s still room to do something else. Nobody is going to change you here; you start seeing what you’re doing, and a surprising amount of it loosens on its own the moment you see it clearly.

That's it. That's the entire thing.

It does, from out here.

The curious thing is that nobody actually experiences ninety days. You experience today. Ten minutes and one idea, and then off you go to live your life, which was going to happen regardless.

The season passes on its own. You're only ever choosing what goes on inside it.

Who’s guiding this

Nishith Shah

Eighteen years of teaching NLP across more than twenty-five countries, thousands of people trained, and a practice that started in his teens with one question: how do people who move through life with real ease actually do it?

The answers came from modelling. Monks, for inner stillness. Base jumpers, for courage. Indigenous communities, for how they think in whole systems. That habit — studying people who’ve already got what you’re after, then building a path other people can walk — runs through everything at Thought Labs.

Nishith is an NLP Master Trainer and International Ambassador for ANLP UK. He founded India’s first NLP Conference in 2019, now the Global NLP Summit, and he runs immersives in the Himalayas, Switzerland, Goa and the UK.

This programme is the daily version of what those immersives do across a week.

Questions

Before you start

Do I need to have done an NLP course before?
Not at all. The programme is built so someone entirely new can start on day one and learn NLP through daily application. Most people who’ve taken it so far had prior training, and they get something different out of it — the material moves from head into instinct. Both doors lead to the same room.
One short session each morning — ten to twelve minutes — then you carry that single idea through your ordinary day and write a few lines about what you noticed in the evening. NLP Mastery sequences ninety days of exactly that, so the practice has a structure rather than depending on what you remember to work on.
Yes. NLP Mastery is a practice rather than a qualification: you learn the full arc of NLP by applying one idea a day to your own life. If you later want letters after your name, our Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes are there, and the ninety days make an excellent companion to either.
Ten to twelve minutes for the daily session. Everything after that happens while you go about your day and costs you nothing extra. Reflecting in the forum adds another two or three minutes if you feel like writing.

You pick up where you left off. The sequence matters more than the calendar, and the material stays there for you.
Yes. Web and app, so the daily session travels with you.
This is a practice rather than a qualification. If certification is what you’re after, our Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes are the place to go — and this makes an excellent companion to either.
A dedicated forum where people share their daily reflections: what worked, what didn’t, what they noticed. Trainers, coaches and fellow members respond. It’s what makes ninety days feel like something you’re doing with people.

NLP Mastery comes as part of Momentum, our annual membership, which also opens the NLP Library and the live masterclasses. The reason is simple — what starts in those ninety days tends to want somewhere to keep going, and Momentum is that somewhere.

Your membership runs for the full year. The library, the masterclasses and the community are all still there, and most people find the practice they built across those ninety days is exactly what makes the rest of it come alive.
One last thing

Ninety days from now

The next ninety days are coming either way. What is still open, and what is entirely yours to choose, is who you are at the other end of them.

Ninety days is more than enough time for that to be someone with real ease in them — you have more room between what happens and how you respond, you find purpose in your ordinary days, you bring more joy to them, and you have a tribe of people who see the best in you the whole way through. Ninety days is also more than enough time for very little to change at all. Both are genuinely available to you, and you get to decide today which one you would like.

Ten minutes a day is a small thing to ask of a season.
And small things, repeated, do beautiful work.

We would love to have you with us. See you in there 🙏
