Hi, I am Nishith Shah and I am an NLP Master Trainer and a Coach. I started Thought Labs 17 years ago with a vision to support individuals and organizations to create high impact in their lives and the lives of others. Eventually, this leads to the transformation of self, others and the world. In the last 16 years, we have come a long way.

Founder and trainer

Nishith Shah, Founder of Thought Labs & Co-Founder of NLP Conference India/Global NLP Summit has been developing the field of NLP for more than 16 years. He has helped more than 4000 people across 25 different countries through his unique experiential programs that he runs in the Himalayas and Goa in India, Chiang Mai in Thailand and Wengen, Switzerland. Most of Nishith’s work is grounded in Modelling where he has spent many years of his life modelling & living with the monks in the Himalayas & Thailand, Base Jumpers in Switzerland, The Indigenous tribes of Brazil and Adventure Enthusiast from Argentina.

Judith Lowe

NLP Master Trainer

Judith Lowe is one of the most experienced, committed, effective and engaging teachers in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Judith has worked for many years with clients from a diverse range of professional backgrounds, in the public and private sectors, both in-house and on public programmes, at every level of NLP, providing innovative, in-depth, skills-based NLP training and coaching. She is known for her warmth, wit and wide reading, as well as her overall dedication to giving her students and clients the very best of advanced, systemic NLP. She is on the board of the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming UK.

Karin Rohner

NLP Trainer and Coach

Karin Rohner, NLP Trainer and Coach, is part of the Global Thought Labs Team. She trained under NLP Master Trainer, Nishith Shah, and is now training, coaching and assisting in the various NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Online Programs and the NLP Retreat in Switzerland that Thought Labs runs. Coming from her own personal journey of ongoing self-development, she is highly committed to supporting others in their growth. In her training and coaching sessions Karin loves to create a warm learning atmosphere that allows profound transformation to evolve. Her approach is structured, yet experiential and holistic. She is known for genuinely holding space for her participants and her high engagement with the whole group.
